A Night Walk to Remember!

I mentioned in the video I just posted today that I was going to come back out later in the evening with Barb and Gabby. I was already getting dark and boy were we in for some surprises! As we approached the small valley in the middle of the forest we looked up at the ridge and seen numerous eye glow in the trees. Keep in mind this wasn't any kind of reflection since we left the flashlight off. I proceeded to play the flute/recorder for a few minutes and things began to happen! First something was thrown off the top of the ridge and came crashing down below. Some time later as we sat there on a log we heard the nearby trees cracking back and forth but not all at the same time - one would crack followed by one then another - very bizarre. In between all this we could hear the faint whistles in the background mimic the tune I was playing on the flute earlier. Lastly as we got up to leave something large jumped down off a low branch and hit the ground running although we could not see anything but Barb did hear a distinct grunt as we said "Good bye" We also had the thermal camera with us but could not see anything unusual (not even elk) all the while this was happening. I am definitely looking forward to another night walk just for these experiences!

Episode 19 - Strange Crypto Creature?

On April 4th as I make my routine trek up the trail I spotted a very dark spot up in one of the trees. After hours and hours of intensely examining several hundred photos I have developed an eye for spotting color variations that stand out from the rest of the image including dark shadows. Very young Squatches are common here and have been reported  running down trees at fast speeds when spoofed. When I spotted it I knew I was onto something so I stared at it while getting my camera out to take a couple of photos. It didn't try to run but stayed still the whole time. Later I was able to view the image on the laptop and after zooming in could see the strange creature you see up top of this article. I'm leaning on this being a young Squatch but it could be some other kind of creature. One things for sure - it has a hominid look and is not any animal you would see up here in the Cascades Mountains.

Episode 18 - Meet the Family!

On September 28, 2014 I walked up the trail to the special area I visit almost daily. I call it special because of some amazing things that happened earlier that month starting on September 11 when a group of us were visiting this area and ended up catching a cloaked Sasquatch on video (Click here to watch). On the following day (Sept 12) I made a mental intention to go back up on that trail and not bring any recording equipment whatsoever. My reasoning was since the Sasquatch seem to know when electronic equipment is around and do what they can to shy away from it then I figured it was more important for me to have a personal experience with them in one way or another. Actually I was kind of hoping for one of them to walk right up to me and at the very least exchange glances. As I walked up the trail I noted that the wind was picking up and passing to the other side of the little valley we now call the "Field of Dreams" A strange but euphoric feeling came over me and I began to talk to everything around me - the trees, the animals, the birds and especially the Sasquatches. I was up there alone and within a hundred yards from where the cloaked Bigfoot appeared. I turned to go back and came across an even more amazing sight - four rods of glowing reddish/orange lights suspended in the air above the ground forming the shape of a  rectangular box. This wasn't there a few minutes earlier and must have appeared after I walked past it. Below is my artist rendition of what I saw:

At first I reasoned that it was strong sunlight reflecting off the ground until as I got closer and noticed that the light rods were above the ground and not reflecting off of anything. As I moved around it the rods were stationary as if it were a 3D object. A strange calmness came over me as I was not in fear of this but was awestruck and saying to myself "Well, you don't see that everyday!". Did I come upon a portal of some kind or was this associated with the Sasquatch in some way? As I passed it and looked back a large beach ball sized orb appeared out of nowhere. It was translucent like a giant soap bubble and glowed with orange electrical sparks of energy. It slowly made it's way between and into the four light rods and within seconds the whole thing disappeared. After these two experiences my life was changed forever and knew that we were not alone in the universe as mainstream science had led us to believe. I would now spend as much time up in this area with hopes that I would come across something again - Sasquatches, portals, other unknown creatures - you name it! This now brings me to September 28th and my usual walk up the trail to what I now call the "field of dreams". I started using my cell phone to take photos of the forest and this little special valley and decided to sit on a log next to the trail to rest. As I sat there I quickly dozed off into a deep trance like sleep. I finally woke up slowly but was completely disoriented and for a few seconds did not know where I was. I had this strange urge to go ahead and took more pics with the cell phone but catching what was going on behind me. I remember hearing stories of how the Sasquatch would be behind people and sometimes they would catch a glimpse of them using a cam attached to their backpacks. So I switched the cell to use the front "selfie" camera (or so I thought!) instead of the back and holding it above my head I clicked away a couple of times. A quick review of the pics on my phone revealed that I had the opposite camera active and was actually taking pictures in front of me instead of behind me. I lingered a little while longer as the sun was setting and shining through the trees before heading back to my cabin. I think a few days went by before I loaded the photos onto my laptop and began to take a closer look using the Windows photo viewer. This allowed me to zoom into small areas of the photo and see in  greater detail what was actually there. The photo at the top of this article is one of several that I was examining and within seconds I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Though the photo was a bit dark I could easily make out a number of different Squatches - all standing there looking at me as I took those pictures! Why did they allow me to take their picture so openly? I never in prior research seen any photo like this on the internet from other Bigfoot researchers! Did they somehow read my mind and felt convinced that I was taking a picture in the opposite direction as I thought and didn't worry about hiding? What attracted them there in the first place? Well I do snore and very badly when I'm sleeping. Maybe they heard me and were concerned about these strange noises coming from me like an animal in pain and waited until I woke up to make sure I was ok. Well whatever the case may have been one things for sure - they did not try to harm me while I was sleeping. This first photo of  Sasquatches was just the beginning of what I would experience in the following months. Afterwards different members of this clan started showing up in my successive photos further confirming their trust in me and not being intimidated by my presence.

Upcoming Episode 6 - Direct Sasquatch Interaction!

I am currently working on the next episode of Planet Sasquatch - Episode 6 called "Direct Sasquatch Interaction". This takes place late summer and as I walk into my usual area of the forest I peer into what appears to be a darker than usual area just inside the edge of a clearing. It was dark enough that I could not see past it or the vegetation behind it. My intuition kicked in and I decided to wave at it - acknowledging that perhaps a Sasquatch was there. I then took two photos of this a few seconds apart. When I had a chance to later review what I had I could not believe what I saw - the full body figure of a large Sasquatch showing head and hand movement between the two pictures. What is more surprising was when I had a chance to zoom in closer to his upper body I discovered that he was smiling and had his hand and fingers extended out - he was waving back at me! The next picture showed another surprise...
